Basic settings for the System Setup
Before the VIBROTEST 60 is finally put to use the operating
parameters must be adapted to the actual requirements by
entry or selection. All the selected or entered parameter values
are retained in the event of a power failure including the „Date„
and „Time„.
The menu »System Setup« is selected in the main menu
»VIBROTEST 60« with the softkey »SETUP«.
OK The current parameter entries or
settings are OK. The display returns to the
previous menu.
EDIT The text highlighted by the cursor
bar is the target for switchover to the next
selection or entry menu.
The meanings and functions of the parameters in the menu
»System Setup« are described in chapter 4.1.
Note:
At the initial switch-on the current date and time must be
entered.
When the battery set is changed the date and time are buffered
for at least one minute. The setup of the date and time should
be checked and, if necessary, corrected after each change of a
battery set or any long pause in operation.
If this is not done new PC-cards are locked and can no longer
be read, because the identification of PC-cards is done on a
date and time basis.
If the card should lock take the following action:
•
Set up the date and time in the VIBROTEST 60
•
Format the PC-card (see chapter 4.10)
