Service message

The IDA shows a service message Please contact maintainer with service

code: %1 in the top right hand corner of the display when the appliance

needs maintenance.

Important

The service code is:

A: Minor maintenance required.

B: Medium maintenance required.

C: Major maintenance required, including component

replacement.

Custom: The appliance is from an unknown brand. The extent of

the required maintenance is unknown.

1. Short-press the select button.

The IDA shows the message in the top of the display.

2. Short-press the select button.

The IDA shows a small message in the top right hand corner of the

display.

Important

Every time you start the IDA, it will show the service message in

the top right hand corner of the display again until the

maintenance has been executed. Repeat the steps to view the

content of the service message.

5.8

Sending error information to manufacturer

When the IDA or the appliance has an error, you can send error

information to the manufacturer.
