When printing from an application, the application's "Collate" setting does not work correctly.
The printer driver's "
Collate
" setting may be overriding the settings in your application.
To resolve this issue, do the following:
1. Open the
Devices and Printers
window.

2. Right-click the printer icon and open the
Printing Preferences
.
3. Make sure that the "
Collate
" check box is not selected.
Your application's "
Collate
" setting should now work correctly.
