8.3 Paper Jam

8.3.1 If a Paper Jam Results in the "No Paper Fed" Error

If a paper jam occurs before feeding the media into the machine, [

No Paper Fed

] appears on the LCD.

Follow the steps below to clear the paper jam:

a

If multiple sheets are loaded, remove them.

b

Use both hands to gently pull the jammed paper out of the machine.
