Add Shortcuts

Use the Shortcuts feature to create Shortcuts for frequently-used operations, such as Scan to USB, Scan to E-
mail, Scan to Network and Scan to FTP/SFTP. You can recall and apply these settings as and when required.
These instructions describe how to add a Scan to USB Shortcut. The steps for adding other Scan Shortcuts are
very similar.
To add a shortcut for Scan to FTP/SFTP or Scan to Network, you must have added the profile name
beforehand.
1. Press (
[Shortcuts]
) .
2. Press
d

to display the Shortcut screens.
3. Press to add a new Shortcut.
4. Press

to display the
[to USB]
menu.
5. Press
[to USB]
.
6. Press
[Options]
.
7. Press
a
or
b
to display the available settings, and then press the setting you want to change.
8. Press

or
b
to display the available options for the setting, and then press the options you want.
Repeat these steps to add additional Shortcuts. When finished, press
[OK]
.
9. Press
[Save as Shortcut]
.
10. Read and confirm the displayed list of settings you have selected. Press
[OK]
.
11. Enter a name for the Shortcut. Press
[OK]
.
You will be asked if you want to make this a One Touch Shortcut. Follow the LCD instructions.
