Ensure that the Power is on.

Ensure that the AC adapter is firmly connected to the 

electrical outlet.

Ensure AC adapter is firmly connected to AC power 
input.

Confirm the electrical outlet voltage is adequate.

After prolonged use, massage motors may need to cool 
down to prevent overheating. Wait 30 minutes and power 
on massager.

The heated bulbs have a built-in safety feature to 

prevent overheating. After prolonged use, the safety 
feature will turn out the bulbs, allowing them to cool 
down for approximately 5 minutes. The bulbs will turn on 
when safe to operate.
