The articulated chuff sounds may occur in sync with the main chuff 
or  retarded  from  1  to  255.    Setting  this  value  to  zero  and  CV195  to 
zero causes only one set of chuffs to be heard.  Setting CV195 to zero 
and setting this value from 1 to 255 causes the articulated chuff sound 
to  be  fixed.   

Note:    This  feature  is  enabled  only  in  articulated 

engines.
