About Power Saving

At Set Up Screen

  After 10 seconds without activity on the set up 

screen, the camera will go to Preview screen automatically. You can 
press the MENU or TIME button to go back to the set up screen. At 
Preview Screen After 30 seconds without activity on the set up or 
preview screen, the LCD screen will turn off automatically to save 
power. You can press the OK button to wake up camera.

Initial Setup

1. Install Batteries and SD Card:

 Open battery door and insert 4 AA 

batteries. Close battery door.(Be sure the battery cover is locked into 
place.) Open SD card cover, insert SD card until it clicks into place. 
Close SD card cover. 

2. Turning the Camera on:

 Rotate the Power 

switch to ON position. It may display other information on screen, 
please refer to Display Icons. 

3. Set Date and Time:

 Press MENU 

button. Press TIME (>) to select Set Date & Time, then press OK 
button. At the highlight field, press MENU (-) to decrease value, press 
TIME (+) to increase value, press OK to confirm and go to next field, 
when finished press OK to exit setting. 

4. Set Time Interval: 

Press 

TIME button to time interval setting. Press MENU (<) and TIME (>) to 
select pre-set time interval or custom it by yourself, finally press OK 
to confirm and back to setting screen. 

Now, you are ready to go to Preview screen and start record your Time 
Lapse Video.

LED Indicator

Green LED light:

Red LED light:

Indicates Image capture in process When the 
Green LED flashes, the Time Lapse Camera 
(TLC200 f1.2) is capturing photos.
Low battery level, Low recording space on your 
SD card.

Menu Setting

AVI Frame Rate: 

You can change video FPS (frames per second) at this setting. 

Generally, 10 FPS is better for Time Lapse video. 1 FPS: the video 1 second plays 1 
frame , so the video will look not smooth, and video length will longer. 30 FPS: the 
video 1 second plays 30 frame, so the video will look smooth, but video length will 
shorter.  

Image Quality: 

Set the image quality for your camera. 

Custom Exposure: 

Increase or decrease the exposure. 

Time Stamp: 

You can choose if you want to show 

time stamp at bottom of video. 

Low Light Recording:

 You can choose if enable your 

camera keep recording video in a low light environment ( < 5 Lux.) or not. 

Scene:

 

Select the scene to fit your Photographic needs. 

Set Date and Time: 

Set correct date 

and time for your camera. 

Output Resolution: 

You can change video resolution at 

this setting. 

LED Display:

 You can choose if the LED indicator will flash while 

capturing frame. 

Band Filter:

 Select the correct lighting frequency to match your 

indoor lighting frequency. None: For outdoor environment. 50 Hz: USA 60 Hz: Europe 

Firmware Version:

 Display the current firmware version of camera. 

Media Statistics:

 

In this mode, the LCD will display the SD card capacity, so you will know how much 
free space remains on the SD card. 

Reset:

 You can reset your camera back to default 

setting. 

Stop Recording

1.

 While recording, hold the OK button until the LCD turns on and shows 

the text “Processing”, it means the camera is processing file closing. When 
completed the processing it will display the text "Ready” This indicates the 
recording session is complete. 
2. Remove the SD card from the camera, and insert it into your computer 
or laptop to enjoy your amazing Time Lapse Videos!

Start Recording

1. 

Turn on TLC200 f1.2, set time interval and press OK to Preview Screen.

Adjust lens angle to frame subject. 

3.

 At Preview screen, press OK button 

to start recording. 

(During recording period LCD panel will turn off to save power.)
