7.3 Event messages
The pump controller uses three types of event message to inform you of the system
state:

Description
Error message
Reports software and hardware faults. An
error message that has triggered can cause
application modules to be switched off auto-
matically and operational readiness signals to
be reset.
Warning mes-
sage
Reports software and hardware faults. Warn-
ing messages being triggered do not cause
any application modules to be switched off or
operational readiness signals to be reset.
Information
Reports system status changes, e.g. a
changed speed for the I/O cycles. Information
being triggered does not cause any applica-
tion modules to be switched off or operational
readiness signals to be reset.
