Engine Will Not Start

The Engine Cranks But Has No Spark

If the engine cranks but has no spark, it could be the micro 
switch (

A

, Figure 43).

Test the continuity of the microswitch as follows:

1. Remove 

the 

control 

panel.

2.  Disconnect the 10-pin connector (Figure 44) that is 

connected to the ignition module (module with three LED 
lights).

3.  Turn the microswitch on and test between the terminal 

(

A

, Figure 45) and ground.

4.  If there is no continuity at the 10-pin connector, test 

at the switch. If the microswitch is pressed down      
(Figure 46) there should be continuity. If not, replace the 
switch.
