Test 3
Check AC Voltage Input:
1. Remove 15 Amp fuse.
2. Gain access to the CMA board.
3. Check for 240VAC at the pins of the connector
(Fig. 13).

If 240VAC is present:
• Proceed to test 4.
If 240VAC is not present:
• Check the 2 Amp fuses in the transfer switch.
• Check the wiring/connections between the
transfer switch and standby generator.
Repair wiring and/or fuses in transfer switch circuit and
recheck for 240VAC at 2-pin connector.
Test 4
Measure DC Output Voltage at the CMA
1. Disconnect the (-) negative battery cable.
2. Insert the (+) test lead at
Pin #1, Wire #13
(Fig. 14).
3. Connect the (-) negative test lead to the negative
battery cable (not the negative battery post).

NOTE
: Clip the negative meter lead to the (-)
negative battery cable.
If 12VDC is present at the CMA:
• Remove
Wire #13
from the (+) positive battery
post.
• Check for continuity on Wire
#13
.
Repair/replace wire, as required and retest.
If 12VDC is not present at CMA board:
• Replace CMA board/control panel.
• Install all connectors to CMA board.
• Proceed back to test 2.
