Installation
7.0 Electrical Connections
The Eloquence comes complete with an control module that receives commands from the remote control, allowing the height of the
flame to be adjusted from anywhere within the room.
Do not cut or remove the grounding prong from the main power supply plug.
CAUTION:
Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing.
NOTE:
This appliance, when installed, must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes or, in the absence of local codes,
with the National Electrical Code, ANSI / NFPA 70, or the Canadian Electrical code, CSA C22.1.
Before you begin:

Remove the barrier screen (see
Section 6.3

Remove the glass door assembly (see

Install the fireplace into the framing (see
Section 9

Section 11
)
To supply power to the fireplace:

Step 01:
Locate the junction box on the lower, right side of the
fireplace.
Step 02:
Pass the household wiring through the holes in the
fireplace and the strain relief in the junction box. Secure in place.

Wire according to local code using the receptacle and
electrical place included with this fireplace.
Step 04:
Plug the three-pronged plug from the control board into
the receptacle.
