Do not begin navigation without checking that the bolts of the SPORT console are
tightened correctly.
Stainless steel arc assembling and installation.
1.Turn off two bolts M8x25 with arrester washers (Pos.1 and 1A), (Fig.13).
2.In order to assemble the stainless steel arc perform the next operations
(Fig. 14):
- join electrical cable clamps (Pos.2), (Fig. 14);
- couple left supports of the arc (Pos.3), (Fig. 14) with right supports
(Pos.4), (Fig. 14);
- align holes in the arc supports with the holes in tube imbeddings (Pos.5),
(Fig. 14). It's necessary take into account that the distance between left
and right brackets of the arc (Pos.6), (Fig. 14) must be 1130mm.
- fix the arc supports together through the upper plate (Pos.7), (Fig. 14)
with the help of bolts M6x40, washers 6x12, self-locking nuts M6 (Pos.8),
(Fig. 14).
3.Mount the arc brackets onto the stern plates. Previously pull the electri-
cal cable clamps, outgoing from the right support (Pos.9), (Fig. 14),
through the hole, 12 mm in diameter, in the right stern plate beading.
Fix the arc brackets with the help of two bolts M8x25, two arrester washers
8 (Pos.10), (Fig. 14), four bolts M6x40, four washers 6x24, four self-
locking nuts M6 (Pos.11), (Fig. 14).
4.Set arch on transom platforms. Fix arch with the help of bolts M8 with
washers (pos.10 Fig.14) and bolts M6x40 (pos.11 Fig.14) with with
washers 6x24 and nuts M6 (pos.12 Fig.14).
