ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 
 

Tools required: 
-Spanner set with metric measurements from 7mm to 17mm 
-Philips head screwdriver 
-Flat head screwdriver 
-Allen key set 
-Air pump, hand or foot for tyre inflation. 

-Torque wrench to ensure correct torque as specified in maintenance 

section of this manual.

Remove bicycle and all components from box and lay on a soft 

surface (old carpet or on top of cardboard box).  

2.

 

Attach front wheel into forks. Ensure brake is on front side of 

forks as shown below:
