Code Description Corrective Action
E27 Arithmetic overflow in
data calculation. Repeat measurement.
After a BP analysis error, the corrective action should
allow a return to normal operation for the next
measurement. If the problem persists, discontinue use
and return the monitor for servicing.
Temperature Errors (E41 to E55)
These error codes only apply to the BPM300. If a
temperature error occurs during any temperature
measurement, an error code will be displayed in the
Temperature display.

display limit (>43 °C) Check monitor against reference
thermometer in water bath at 43 °C
to ensure monitor is working
properly.
E42 Continuous
temperature under
display limit (<28 °C) Check monitor against reference
thermometer in water bath at 28 °C
to ensure monitor is working
properly.
E43 No temperature probe
connected Attach temperature probe and repeat
measurement.
E44 Timeout on single
temperature
measurement Allow probe to cool to room
temperature for 34 minutes, press
Temperature Start , and then repeat
measurement.
E45 Continuous
measurement
temperature circuitry
