Procedure

1

Install the governor flange including the 
distance sleeve in the crankcase with a 
new 32x4 O-ring.

2

Place one 7x2 O-ring each in the flange 
(oil feed line) and governor flange and 
hold them in position with a little grease.

Procedure

Place on the governor flange, secure it 
using LOCTITE 243 with 4 M6x20 Allen 
screws on the crankcase and with 2 
M6x16 Allen screws on the flange (oil 
feed line), and tighten the screws.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (88.48 in. lb.).

Longer screws destroy the oil feed line flange.
