What’s Included:

Lead with 13A plug fitted

Don’t remove protective film from the cover disc until
you are sure you’re planning to keep the unit.
•
Please ensure there is enough space available
underneath the unit prior to installation to accommodate
the shoulder washer. There
must also be enough space for the mains lead
(and a data cable on certain models) to run unhindered.
•
The unit is designed around worktop thicknesses
of between 20mm and 55mm.
•
When removing the protective film from the chrome top
by hand, do not use any sharp instruments or they will
scratch / damage the chrome top.
Congratulations on the purchase of your Milan Pop Up Socket, we hope you’re pleased with your item and it compliments your installation. Due to it’s versatile
nature, the Milan can either be hard wired directly to the mains or used as a deluxe extension socket as it’s already fitted with a mains plug – please bear in mind
that although the Milan is available as a special order to suit other electrical systems, this particular model is designed for the UK 240v 3-Pin Plug system only.

inserted at all times, until ready for use.
Returns Procedure:
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the unit, then
you are welcome to return it. In order to receive a full
refund on the cost of the unit itself, please ensure you
take the following important steps:
1.
The unit including shoulder washer and flush fit
adaptor are returned, still in the original box and
in a saleable / unused condition.
2.
Please ensure the 3 pin plug is inserted back
into one of the sockets, to prevent the unit being
scratched by a stray plug. Failure to do this,
will likely damage the unit and affect our ability
to refund!*
3.
The protective film remains in position on top of
the chrome top.
4.
Send the unit back to BPF’s Alkerton Oaks Warehouse
using an insured, signed for service with all packaging,
paperwork along with a cover note explaining why
you are returning the unit, this will help speed up the
returns process. We can’t action any refunds until
the unit has been signed for at our warehouse and
inspected by our quality control department.
In the unlikely event of a fault occurring within the
12 month guarantee period, please take as many of the
steps above as possible, before sending the unit back.
