7. Disconnect the following components from the co ntrol
assembly.
a. The power connector on power supply
board (J1)
b. Power to the l oad cell signal conditioning
board (J16)
c. Ribbon cable to the lo ad cell si gnal
conditioning board
d. CAT 5E cable
e. Communication cable to the ID control at
J6 on the control assembly
8. Replace the control assembly and reconnect the cables
disconnected in Step 7.
9. Switch on the circuit breaker to th e StepMetrix
controller power supply.
