Troubleshooting and Support
Subscription to the LATITUDE Cellular Data Plan
does not guarantee coverage. Actual coverage may
be affected by such things as terrain, weather, foliage,
buildings and other construction, signal strength,
customer equipment, and other factors.
The Sending Waves may light yellow if your
Communicator cannot connect through an activated
LATITUDE Cellular Data Plan. If this happens, move
the Communicator to another location and check
the connection. If this does not work, contact Patient
Services at 1-866-484-3268 for assistance.
If your Communicator is not able to connect to
LATITUDE using the LATITUDE Cellular Data Plan, try
plugging the Communicator into an active telephone
jack.
Discontinuing Your LATITUDE Cellular Data
Plan
Contact Patient Services to discontinue use of the
LATITUDE Cellular Data Plan. Your subscription
will automatically be discontinued if you miss two or
more payments. You will need to discontinue your
subscription if you stop using the LATITUDE system
or if you want to return to using a telephone line. Make
sure your health care provider is aware of any changes
in service.
