Malfunction
Program does not start.
Cause and Troubleshooting
Start/Reloadwas not pressed.
▶
Press Start/Reload.
Door is not closed.
1.
Close the door.
2.
To start the program, press Start/Reload.
Child lock is activated.

Finished inis activated.
▶
Check if Finished inis activated.

Laundry is wedged in the door.
1.
Open the door again.
2.
Remove trapped laundry.
3.
Close the door.
4.
To start the program, press Start/Reload.
Door cannot be
opened.
Temperature is too high.

Wait for the temperature to drop.

Water level is too high.

Select a suitable program for draining.

Power cut.
▶ Open the door with the emergency release.

Washing water is not

Drain pipe or water drain hose is clogged.
▶ Clean the drain pipe and the water drain hose.
Drain pipe or water drain hose is kinked or
pinched.

Make sure that the drain pipe and the water
drain hose are not kinked or pinched.
Drain pump is clogged.

Install the water drain hose at a maximum height of 1
meter.
Pump cover not assembled correctly.
