18 Troubleshooting

You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-
ing information before contacting after-sales service. This will avoid unneces-
sary costs.

WARNING

Risk of electric shock!

Incorrect repairs are dangerous.

Repairs to the appliance should only be carried out by trained specialist
staff.

Only use genuine spare parts when repairing the appliance.

If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced with a
special connection cable, which is available from the manufacturer or his
Customer Service.

Fault

Cause and troubleshooting

E:32-00 will light up
alternately or indicator
for water supply lights
up.

Supply hose is kinked.

Install the supply hose without kinks.

Water tap is turned off.

Turn on the water tap.

Water tap is jammed or furred up.

Turn on the water tap.
The flow rate must be at least 10 l/min when the
water supply is open.

The filters in the water connection of the supply or
AquaStop hose are blocked.

Pull out the mains plug.
