5.13 Water switch
The water switch is best accessed from the bottom of the
dishwasher by flipping it on it’s back. Use the same process to
access the heat pump and the sump.
Tools needed: T20 Torx, #2 Phillips & small flat blade
screwdrivers and pliers

1.
Flip dishwasher for bottom access
– section 5.1.6.1.
2. To remove water switch motor assembly, remove three (3)
screws and lift it from the sump

3. To gain access to remove water switch housing / disk,
remove heat pump
– section 5.12.
4. Use a small flat blade screwdriver to unlatch water switch
housing from sump, rotate housing counter-clockwise and
lift it out from the sump to remove it
(below)
