Welche Spannungsquelle die Steuerung versorgen soll, legen Sie
durch die restliche Beschaltung von X4 fest.
Möglichkeiten:
•

Versorgung durch die geräteinterne Spannungserzeugung (siehe
Seite 140)

•

Versorgung über ein externes Netzteil.

Dazu müssen an X4 nur einige Brücken gesetzt/entfernt werden.

Nähere Informationen über die Verschaltung von X4 finden Sie in
Kap. 7.2.9 ab Seite 142.

Während die Versorgung durch die geräteinterne Spannungserzeu
gung bevorzugt bei Standalone-Anlagen verwendet wird (z.B.
Hängeanlagen; es sind keine zusätzlichen 24 V

-Netzteile erforder

lich), kommt die Versorgung per externem Netzteil hauptsächlich bei
vernetzten Anlagen zum Einsatz (Steuerung lässt sich auch bei abge
schaltetem Schweißnetz noch z.B. vom Linien-PC aus program
mieren).

Stellen Sie bei Verwendung externer Spannungsquellen sicher,
dass diese nach der Niederspannungs-Richtlinie (2014/35/EU) als
”sicher getrennt” spezifiziert sind!

Besonderheiten bei Master-Slave-Applikationen

Master und die angekoppelten Slaves müssen nicht gleichzeitig einge
schaltet werden (Logikversorgung an X4).
Bedenken Sie aber, dass der Master erst dann ”Betriebsbereit” an die
übergeordnete Steuerungslogik meldet, wenn alle angekoppelten Sla
ves ihr ”Betriebsbereit” an den Master melden (Logik‐/Netzversorgung
steht an, Verbindungen zum Master sind vorhanden usw.).

Zum Master-Slave-Betrieb beachten Sie bitte zusätzlich die Infor
mationen in Kap. 7.2.9.1 ab Seite 145 und Kap. 13.3 ab Seite 194.
