Configuration
Use this menu option to call up the current configuration of the nutrunner.
To use Rexroth Open Protocol, the cell ID and the channel number must be configured.

Displays the order number of the nutrunner

Displays the serial number of the nutrunner
– Channel name
Enter the channel name, max. 100 characters. The channel name must not
contain any of the following characters: \, /, :, *, ?, ", <, >, |
As of Nexo firmware version 1100:
The channel name is displayed in the status bar next to the nutrunner icon.
– Channel number
Channel number of the nutrunner
– Cell ID
Cell ID of the nutrunner
– Torque unit
Selection of the torque unit. As of Nexo firmware version 1200, the units
Ftlb
,
Inlb
,
Kpm
,
Kgfm
and
Kgm
are available for selection. The torque
unit defined in the tightening programs is independent from this setting.

Number used to identify the nutrunner

MCE
– MCE factor
The MCE factor serves to adjust the Nexo measuring system to the
reference measuring system in the machine capability examination (MCE).

Enter exactly when the entry was made.
Angle compensation

The position of the angle head has an effect on the accuracy of the angle
compensation. For this reason, the relative angle head position to the
nutrunner has to be configured. Reconfigure the position if the angle head
is adjusted.
The angle head rotation can be adjusted in steps of 1° between 0° and
360°. Select the appropriate setting of the angle head.
