Mechanical testing
Linear motor components of Bosch Rexroth are subject to the following me‐
chanical testing:
●
Shape and position tolerance according to DIN ISO 1101
●
Construction and fitting according to DIN 7157
●
Surface structure according to DIN ISO1302
●
Thread testing DIN 13 part 20
Destruction of motor components due to im‐
properly executed high-voltage testing! Loss
of warranty!

Notes about transport
Our products must be transported in their original package only. Also refer to
the specific ambient factors to protect the products from transport damage.
Risk of injuries and / or damage when using
secondary parts!
CAUTION
The inside of the secondary parts is laminated with permanent magnets.
Make sure that no small ferromagnetic parts like screws get into contact with
the air gap. Also observe the warning notes in
fig. 12-1 "Warning label on the
package of secondary parts" on page 155
.
Based on DIN EN 60721-3-2, the tables below specify classifications and lim‐
it values which are allowed for our products while they are transported by
land, sea or air. Refer to the detailed description of the classifications to take
all of the factors which are specified in the particular class into account.
