Maintenance
Increase the availability with regular preventive maintenance measures.
Observe the information in the machine manufacturer’s maintenance
schedule and the following details regarding maintenance measures and
maintenance intervals for the product.

from the housing, cooling fins and
connections.

Visual inspection of the shaft sealing ring
at the output shaft:

shaft sealing ring?

Visible grinding marks or notches at
the output shaft near the contact
point of shaft sealing ring and
output shaft?
After 5,000 operating hours

Repair
Defective ATEX products must be repaired in the manufacturer's factory or
by the authorized Bosch Rexroth Service.
The Bosch Rexroth Service carries out the following repairs, for example:

Replacement of motor encoder
●
Replacement of shaft sealing ring
●
Replacement of seals
●
Replacement of bearings
