In terms of this application documentation, qualified persons are those
persons who are familiar with the installation, mounting, commissioning and
operation of the components of the electric drive and control system, as well
as with the hazards this implies, and who possess the qualifications their
work requires. To comply with these qualifications, it is necessary, among
other things,
1) to be trained, instructed or authorized to switch electric circuits and
devices safely on and off, to ground them and to mark them
2) to be trained or instructed to maintain and use adequate safety equipment
3) to attend a course of instruction in first aid
Warning symbols
In order to point to specific risks that may occur during the operation of the
products, the following warning symbols and signal words are used in these
Operating Instructions. The signal words describe the hazard classification.
The hazard classification identifies the risk that exists if the safety information
is not observed. In addition to the safety instructions specified here, please
also observe the general safety instructions in the Project Planning Manual.

Death or serious injury will occur.
WARNING
Death or serious injury could occur.
CAUTION
Minor or moderate injury could occur.
NOTICE
Property damage could occur.
