Example: Filter dialog
The Filter dialog allows to limit the selection list of log book messages.
Enter the start time and end time in the Time slot field. This will limit the mes‐
sages displayed to those having occurred within this time period. Using the
"System date" and "System time" buttons, you can already assign the current
date and time to the input fields.
The Source field defines the control whose messages will be considered.
The Class field defines the type of messages applied to the log book. The five
message classes can be combined as desired.
In the Text field, the messages available are searched for a defined text. This
will limit the messages displayed to those containing the text defined.
The "No filter" button will reset all entries.
Pressing "OK" will activate the filters.
10.3
Field bus Diagnostics
The field bus diagnostics screen is embedded in the general diagnostics screen
and allows you to view bus states of the Profibus DP connected to the control.
Two views are available. The overview view provides a general idea of the field
bus currently configured in IndraWorks Engineering. From there, you can select
any bus device and then branch to an associated detail view providing extended
information.
Press the <F9> key on the diagnosis overview screen to call up the field bus
diagnostics screen. You can also branch to the field bus diagnostics screen
from the log book, using the same key.
