Call characteristics
46.1 Introduction
Using the
Call characteristics
pages, call macros can be
defined (see section 43.2).
46.2 Call
macro
46.2.1 Introduction
On the
Call macro
page, call macros can be defined. Call
macros are used to make calls.
46.2.2 Create a call macro
Proceed as follows to create a new call macro:
1 Go to
Configure > Call characteristics > Call macro
. A
screen similar to the one in figure 46.2 appears in the
main frame of the web interface.
2 Click the
Add
button to add a new call macro. A
screen similar to the one in figure 46.3 appears in the
main frame of the web interface.
3 Enter the name of the new call macro in the
Name
field (see figure 46.4 for an example). It may consist
of up to 16 characters.
4 Click the
OK
button to add the call macro to the list
of call macros in the system. A screen similar to the
one in figure 46.5 appears in the main frame of the
web interface.
