Important:

Button lock
To make handling the appliance easier,
you can lock the
Ö
and
Ü
buttons. If
the button lock has been activated, the
set temperature cannot be changed by
accidentally pressing the buttons.
● Set the desired temperature.
● Press and hold the
Ü
button for three
seconds.
● The button lock is activated, and the
display shows the
0
symbol.
● To deactivate the button lock, press
and hold the
Ü
button again for three
seconds; the button lock symbol
disappears.
Automatic shut-off
For safety reasons this appliance is
equipped with a two-stage automatic shut-
off function.
● The appliance switches automatically to
stand-by mode approximately 30 minutes
after it was switched on or after the tem-
perature selector was adjusted for the last
time. The display only shows
OK
.
● The appliance switches off completely if
no button is pressed within approximately
15 minutes of the appliance switching to
stand-by mode. The display is dark.
Note:
To switch the appliance back on from
stand-by mode, press either the switch

on/off
or the temperature selector

. The
appliance will start to heat up once again.
If the appliance has switched off completely,
the switch
1
on/off
must be used to switch
it back on.
Cleaning and
maintenance

Unplug before cleaning.
Never submerse the appliance in water.
Do not use a steam cleaner.
Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
Wipe off the appliance with a damp cloth
and dry off with a clean, dry cloth. Do not
use strong or abrasive cleansers.
Storage
Allow the appliance to cool before putting it
away.
