Wiring
Wiring the pendant speaker is recommended before installation. Carefully observe the wire
markings or tracers on your speaker wires. Verify the amplifier (+) terminal is connected to the
red speaker terminals and the amplifier (-) terminal is connected to the black speaker
terminals.
To wire the pendant speaker, do the following:
1.
Install the wire through the grommet in the wire cap.
2.
On the phoenix connector, insert one (1) wire into the positive (+) port.
3.
On the phoenix connector, insert one (1) wire into the negative (-) port.
4.
Using a screw driver, tighten the two (2) screws to secure the wires.
5.
Insert the phoenix connector into the connector socket in the speaker base.
6.
Place the wire cap onto the speaker base.
Ensure the main suspension tab is aligned.
7.
Tighten the three (3) screws on the wire cap.
