Safety Notes
Functional description
FLM-420-O2 Output Interface Modules have two semiconductor outputs (OC) for controlling external devices. The
outputs can be switched independently, are electrically isolated from the LSN loop and protected against short
circuits. Power can be supplied to consumers either separately for each output, via LSN, or externally.
The FLM-420-O2-E type in-built can be flush mounted in standard device boxes in accordance with EN 60670;
alternatively, it can be installed in the devices (see
Figure 8, Page 7 and Figure 9, Page 7 ).
Address setting
Address setting is carried out using the 8 DIP switches and a suitable pointed object (see Figure 1, Page 3 to
Figure 5, Page 5 ).
