Test dosing module F 00B H40 111
The test dosing module (fig. 9, item 2) is used during
the function test of the AdBlue delivery module to test
the metered amount. The test dosing module is con-
trolled by the control unit in the delivery module via the
test adapter 0 986 610 172. On the test dosing module,
it is also necessary to connect the compressed air to
the delivery module.
The test liquid that flows through the test dosing mod-
ule is collected in a beaker.

Defective test dosing modules may not be reused
and must be completely replaced.

3.10 Beaker 0 986 610 813 / 814 / 815

The beakers are part of case 0 986 610 800 (Denox-
tronic-Set 1).
Three beakers with capacities of 100 ml, 250 ml and
500 ml are included in the scope of delivery. The bea-
kers are used during the function test of the AdBlue de-
livery module to measure return flow and the metered
amount. The collected test liquid is measured using the
scale 0 986 610 838. See examples of use in fig. 9 and
fig. 10.

3.11 Scale 0 986 610 838
The scale is used during the function test of the Ad-
Blue delivery module to measure return flow and the
metered amount. The amount collected in a beaker is
weighed on the scale to evaluate the target values.

The weight 0 986 610 839 must be used to calibrate
the scale; see section 3.12.

If the scale is defective, it must be replaced.
