Commissioning of a Single Processor system

A single processor system is connected via the CON550 module or via the
ZS550.

Directory Structure

Connection via the ZS550

Presetting Rack_ID

The Rack_ID (rack address) has to be set prior to commissioning. The
Rack_ID is the identification number of a rack [01 to 99]. Each Rack_ID can
only be given once in a controller system.

Without the CON550 module, the Rack_ID is set at the DIP switches on
the master board at the back of the power supply in BCD code.

With the CON550 module, the Rack_ID is set
via rotary switches on the frontside.
The settings of the DIP switches are thus over-
written.
