The LED on the CCU-Modul is not lit

Connection cable not connected correctly.

Vehicle or CCU voltage supply interrupted.

CCU-Modul or connection cable defective.
R
OBD socket on vehicle defective.
R
Make sure connection cable and CCU-Modul are
properly connected.

Replace CCU-Modul and connection cable.
R
Check and repair OBD socket.
Service provider login fails
R
Incorrect user name and / or password.
R
Access information not activated or access
blocked.
R
Make sure user name and password are entered
correctly.
R
Call service provider hotline.
CCU-Modul is not transmitting data or
expected location data is missing

Vehicle or CCU voltage supply interrupted.
R
CCU or connection cable defective.
R
Vehicle ODB socket defective.
R
Antenna side of CCU blocked by connection
cable or mounted on metal surface.

Make sure the connection cable is properly
connecting vehicle and CCU.

Replace CCU and connection cable.

Check and repair OBD socket.

Change installation position and orientation of CCU
(antenna side must not touch a metal surface).
The CCU-Modul is not supplied with
voltage over the 2-wire connection cable.

2-wire connection cable not correctly wired.

Defective fuse in 2-wire connection cable.

Check connection of 2-wire connection cable.

Check fuse, replace defective fuse.
