To Clock In
Press the
key of the Entry Reader and present your card. The LED will flash once and
the door will be unlocked if the cardholder has been given the access right.
To Clock Out
Press the
key of the Entry Reader and present your card. The LED will flash once. The
door remains locked.
If presenting card without pressing any one of these two keys, the reader will resume normal
door access operation. There will not be any Clock In or Clock Out transactions.

Changing PIN code
The PIN code can be changed by first activating the
or
key before presenting the
card. General steps to change the PIN code.
1.
Press the
or
key.
2.
Present Card - LED flash at a slow rate.
3.
Enter the old PIN code (followed by the
or
key if it is less than 7 digits) - LED
flash at medium rate.
4.
Enter the new PIN code (followed by the
or
key if it is less than 7 digits) -
LED stops flashing.
5.
Press
or
key (PIN code change completed).
For example, suppose you want to change an old PIN code (8088000) to a new PIN code
(4321).
1.
First, press
or
key.
2.
Present your card to the Reader. The LED will start to flash continuously at a slow rate for
the duration as depicted in the Keypad Timeout field.
3.
Enter the old PIN code
, the LED will
flash continuously at medium rate. However, if the PIN entered is wrong, the LED will
flash continuously at a fast rate. In this case, press
or
and repeat from step
1.
4.
Enter the new PIN code
, followed by
or
key.
5.
Press the
or
key.
