035734 MONTAGEANLEITUNG
1.
Die Haltestange auspacken und den Inhalt mit Hilfe des Teileverzeichnisses prüfen.
Im Bereich der Befestigungspunkte den Unterbodenschutz entfernen.
Toyota Aygo:
2. Die Rücklichter demontieren: an beiden Seiten 1 Mutter unter der Verkleidung
entfernen.
3. Den Stoßfänger demontieren:
- 2 Schrauben (diese sind die Gummistopfen von der Heckklappe) an der
Oberseite des Stoßfängers demontieren.
- 2 Kunststoffdruckknöpfe an der Unterseite des Stoßfängers demontieren.
- 1Druckknopf in beiden Radschutzkästen demontieren.
- Die Stecker der Nummernschildbeleuchtung demontieren.
4. Den Innenstoßfänger entfernen, dieser wird nicht mehr benötigt.
Peugeot 107 / Citroën C1:
2. Die Rücklichter demontieren: an beiden Seiten 2 Schrauben entfernen.
3. Den Stoßfänger demontieren:
- 2 Schrauben (diese sind die Gummistopfen von der Heckklappe) an der
Oberseite des Stoßfängers demontieren.
- 2 Kunststoffdruckknöpfe an der Unterseite des Stoßfängers demontieren.
- 1Druckknopf in beiden Radschutzkästen demontieren.
- 1 Schraube unter der Tankklappe demontieren.
- Die Stecker der Nummernschildbeleuchtung demontieren.
4. Den Innenstoßfänger entfernen, dieser wird nicht mehr benötigt.
5. Die Stützen mit Schrauben M8x30, Karosseriescheiben, Federringen und
Scheiben 30x13x6 an den Löchern “A” montieren.
6. Die Stützen mit Schrauben M10x45, Unterlegscheiben, Distanzbuchsen, Federringen
und Muttern an den Löchern “B” montieren.
7. Die Stützen mit Schrauben M10x25, Karosseriescheiben, Federringen und
Muttern an den Löchern “C” montieren.
8. Die Stützen mit Schrauben M10x30, Karosseriescheiben und Federringen an den
Löchern “D” montieren.
9. Den mitgelieferten Elektrosatz montieren.
10. Die Haltestange festziehen. Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente gemäß Seite
2.
11. Alle in Punkt 2 und 3 entfernten Teile wieder montieren.
12. Gehäuse “1” und Steckdosenhalteplatte (Loch “E”) mit 2 Schrauben M10x100(10.9) und
selbstsichernden Muttern montieren.
Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente
gemäß Seite 2.
13. Den Adapter „2" entsprechend Seite 3 an den Fahrradhalter montieren.
Die Nutzung des Produktes ist dem beiliegenden Benutzerhandbuch zu entnehmen.

035734 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unpack the support bar and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove
the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment/frame members.
Toyota Aygo:
2. Dismount the rear lights, remove on both sides 1 nut underneath the lining.
3. Dismount the bumper:
- Dismount 2 screws (these are also the rubber stoppers of the lid of the boot) on
top of the bumper.
- Dismount 2 synthetic push buttons on the underside of the bumper.
- Dismount 1 push button in both wheel arches.
- Dismount the plugs from the license plate lighting.
4. Remove the inside bumper, this will no longer be used.
Peugeot 107 / Citroën C1:
2. Dismount the rear lights, remove 2 screws on both sides.
3. Dismount the bumper:
- Dismount 2 screws (these are also the rubber stoppers of the lid of the boot) on
top of the bumper.
- Dismount 2 synthetic push buttons on the underside of the bumper.
- Dismount 1 push button in both wheel arches.
- Dismount 1 bolt underneath the tank lid.
- Dismount the plugs from the license plate lighting.
4.Remove the inside bumper, this will no longer be used.
5. Mount the supports at the holes “A” using the M8x30 bolts, including large washers,
spring washers and washers 30x13x6.
6. Mount the supports at the holes “B” using the M10x45 bolts, including plain washers,
distance tubes, spring washers and nuts.
7. Mount the supports at the holes “C” using the M10x25 bolts, including large washers,
spring washers and nuts.
8. Mount the supports at the holes “D” using the M10x30 bolts, including large washers and
spring washers.
9. Mount the provided wiringkit.
10. Attach the support bar. Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
11. Replace all removed parts mentioned in point 2 and 3.
12. Mount support “1” and the socketplate at hole “E” using 2 M10x100(10.9) bolts and lock nuts.
Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
13. Mount interface “2” at the bicycle carrier according page 3.
