FEATURES

The Borum Air/Hydraulic garage jack utilises compressed air to activate a booster
cylinder, to move hydraulic oil within the cylinder up & down. It adopts a industrial
hydraulic design combination of compressed air and hydraulic pressure, to create, strong
jacking capacity and low lifting clearance in one jack. This floor jack lets you really get
under your loads with a 150mm minimum height. Designed to lift buses and other large,
low-clearance vehicles with maximum stability.

ASSEMBLY
Assembly of Handle:
After removing from the packing material, make sure the product is
in perfect condition and that there are no visible damaged parts. Dispose of the packaging
material responsibily.
1.
Unscrew the wheels from the jack, and assemble the handle fork between the
wheels and jack body by bolts and washers.
2.
Connect the red air hose in the handle to the hose coupler with red hose end, and
the blue one to the coupler with blue end.
3.
Open the ball valve (Part #23) by turning the knob counter-clockwise.
Bleed Air from the Garage Jack:
Air can accumulate within a hydraulic system during
shipment or after prolonged use. This entrapped air causes the jack to respond slowly or
feel “spongy”. To remove the air:
1.
Move the control lever to DOWN position, and hold it there for a few seconds.
2.
Move the control lever to UP position to complete the load-free lifting cycle.
3.
Move the control lever to DOWN position to retract the jack pistons. The pistons
should react in a smooth motion. If not, repeat steps 1-3.
4.
If the jack does not immediately respond, repeat steps 1-3
4.
BEFORE USE
Prior to each use conduct a visual inspection checking for abnormal conditions, such as
cracked welds, leaks, and damaged, loose, or missing parts.
Consult the vehicle owner’s manual to determine the location of lift points.
Be sure to set the vehicle in park with the emergency brake on and wheels securely
chocked.
Be sure that the vehicle and the jack are on a hard, level surface.
