Note: The casing of the base fan must not
be used to support the kitchen cupboards!
Now place the prepared counter on the
kitchen cupboard and attach it to the kitchen
cupboards.
Gluing in the built-in units:
Note:
o
In order to avoid damage to
the counter and the built-in units,
it is necessary to stick the system
counter/built-in units such that it
is constantly waterproof.
o
In order for the parts to be stuck they
must be dry and fat-free.
o
For gluing in the built-in units, you
need an adhesion cleaner and heat
and dampness-resistant silicone
adhesive (150°C).
o
You must observe the handling
instructions enclosed with both the
materials!
o
You will also find the calculation
formula for hardening the silicone
adhesive in this. The built-in units
must not be operated before this
hardening period is over as the
silicone adhesive can be damaged!
o
Stick the built-in units only at the
outer edges.
o
The stone counters must be flush
mounted; the cooking area must
protrude by approximately 1 mm in
case of counters sensitive to heat
(e.g. wood).
Workflow:
o
Affix sealing tape "1" in the corner of
the support plate edge of the counter
so that no silicone adhesive "2" can
push through below the built-in units.
