USE OF THE TURNSPIT
For the function of the turnspit press the button

For utilization of the turnspit follow the instructions de-
scribed.
- Put the food in spit

(see fig. 7), paying attention to
block it within the two forks

and to balance it, in or-
der to avoid any unnecessary effort in motor

- Put the spit on support

, after having put its opposi-
te end into hole

- Place the drip-tray with a little water under the spit.
- Start up motor

and turn the grill on.
Fit the deflector

onto the centring pins

on the top
of the oven opening (vedi fig.5 A-B).
- To remote the spit, operate in the opposite direction
using knob

and protecting glove in isolating wool
(fig.7). For versions with side grids, see figure (fig.7 b).

MINUTES COUNTERS (FIG. 8)
Turn the knob clockwise to set the desired cooking ti-
me. The minutes minder can be adjusted from 1 to 60
minutes. A sound signal will inform you that the cho-
sen time is up.

For a manual operation of the programmer, turn the
knob anticlockwise to
.
Adjust the cooking time by turning the knob clockwise.
Select the cooking time with the relevant knob
(max.120 min.). The oven will switch off automatically
when the cooking is up.

To operate the electric grill, turn the knob in position
A warning light on the control panel will
light up to inform you that the grill is on.
USE OF THE ELECTRIC GRILL WITH
GAS OVEN
The grill must be used with the door half-open (see fig 9 A).
Take hold of the grill defector S, in the top of the oven,
and pull it forward to the fully extracted limit position.
Then gently close the door to the position shown in
(fig. 9 A)
