TEP 1a: Main Frame
Attach Rear Stabilizer - Assembly (8-ASM) to the Main
Frame - Assembly (1-ASM) using:
● Two HEX BOLTS, 1/2" X 4" (10)
● Four FLAT WASHERS, 1/2" (14)
● Two NYLON NUTS, THICK, 1/2" (15)

TEP 1b: Front Handlebar
Attach Bench Handle - Assembly (2-ASM) to
the Main Frame - Assembly (1-ASM) using:
● Two HEX BOLTS, 1/2" X 2-3/4" (9)
● Four FLAT WASHERS, 1/2" (14)
● Two NYLON NUTS, THICK, 1/2" (15)

TEP 1c: “Torque Time”
Tighten all Step 1a & Step 1b Bolts &
Nuts at this time to the Recommended
Torque Specs of 20 ft-lbs.(+/- 2 lbs)
