Top up the brake fluid level to the

MAX

 mark.

e

 Important:

While bleeding the system, do not allow the brake

fluid level to drop below the

MIN

 mark, as other-

wise air will be drawn into the brake system.

Bleed the system again if this happens.

Connect the brake bleeding device and open the

bleed screw.

Draw off brake fluid until it emerges clear and

free from air bubbles.

e

 Important:

On account of the vacuum extraction process, it

might not be possible to tell whether there is brake

fluid in the hose of the brake bleeding device when

it is free of bubbles.

In this case, bleed the system manually.

Close the bleed screw.

Top up the brake fluid until the level reaches the

MAX

 mark.

Assembly is the reverse of the disassembly pro-

cedure.

Check the function of the brake system.

Recheck the brake-fluid level.
