the vehicle electrical system.
Accessories with low power
consumption are possibly not
detected by the vehicle elec-
tronics. In these cases, the
onboard socket is switched
off shortly after the ignition is
switched off.
In case of insufficient battery
voltage, the onboard socket is
switched off to maintain the
starting capability of the vehi-
cle.
If the maximum loadability
specified in the technical data
is exceeded, the onboard
socket is switched off.
Case
with touring case OA
Opening case
Turn the key 1 clockwise to
position
RELEASE
.
Press key 1 down.
The release lever 2 folds up.
Pull the release lever 2 up and
open the case lid.
Closing case
Prepare case for closing.
Key
1 is set to
RELEASE
posi-
tion.
Release lever
2 is set to
folded-out position.
Press the catches
3 of the
case lid into the locks

.
Ensure that no objects are
trapped between lid and case.
Close case lid and press re-
lease lever
2 down.
The lid engages audibly.
Turn key
1 counterclockwise to
the
LOCK
position and remove.
