OPERATION

IGNITION SWITCH/STEERING

LOCK

Vehicle keys

You are provided with 2 vehicle

keys.

If you lose your keys, refer

to the notes regarding the

electronic immobilizer (EWS)

(

58).

A single radio-operated key

fits the ignition switch/steering

lock, the fuel filler cap and the

hump cover lock.

Locking the steering lock

Turn handlebars to left.

Turn the ignition key to posi-

tion

while moving the han-

dlebars somewhat.

Ignition, lights and all function

circuits switched off.

Steering lock locked.

The ignition key can now be

removed.

Switching on the ignition
