Light warnings
: If the turn
signals are removed or the li-
cense-plate carrier is detached
for racetrack use, the vehicle
electronics will interpret this as
a defective light and the corre-
sponding warning will appear
in the display. If
Light warn-
ings
is deactivated, the warn-
ing is suppressed.
The RPM of the Pit Lane Lim-
iter can be adjusted ( 143).

Control
Launch Control supports the
rider in maintaining the ideal
RPM for a racing start.

When the Launch Control is
active, the engine torque is re-
duced so that, for example, the
maximum propulsion on level
ground is set with the front
wheel slightly lifting off. If the
front wheel is detected as lift-
ing off, the torque is temporar-
ily slightly reduced. The RPM
limiter is deactivated as from a
defined speed.
