Adjusting shift lever
Slacken screw 1 .
Turn foot piece 2 into desired
position.
NOTICE
A foot piece adjusted too high
or too low can cause problems
when shifting. In case of shifting
problems, check the adjustment
of the foot piece.
Tighten screw 1 to specified
torque.

The inclination of the motor-
cycle handlebars can be ad-
justed within the

justment of the handlebars.
Spring preload

It is essential to set the spring
preload to suit the load carried by
the motorcycle. Increase spring
preload when the vehicle is heav-
ily loaded and reduce spring
preload accordingly when the
vehicle is lightly loaded.
Adjusting spring preload

that the support surface is firm
and level.
