2.3.2 Measurement Range
After press the measurement range key (Range), the instrument can change periodically on the 4 measurement
range of ±20µm, ±40µm, ±80µm, and ±160µm until it select the required measurement range according to
measurement range setup cursor of the LCD.
Select ±20µm.
Select ±40µm.
Select ±80µm.
When select ±160µm, the two cursors of ±20µm and ±40µm would display at the same time.
2.3.3 Filter
After press the filter key (Filter), the instrument can change periodically on the 4 filters of RC, PC-RC, Gauss, and D-P
until it select the required filter according to the filter indicating symbol of the LCD top place.
Select RC.
Select PC-RC.
Select GAUSS.
Select D-P.
2.3.4 Parameter
After press the parameter key (Ra), the instrument can change periodically on the 4 parameters of Ra, Rz, Rq, and Rt
until it select the required parameter according the display of the LCD.
Select Rz.
Select Ra.
