1.3.4 Function of key
Start key
: press one time to make the probe sliding, and then finish one measurement.
Parameter key
: press one time, change one parameter.
Filter/Metric & British/ Up Arrow (Filter)
: press one time, change one filter; Long press can change Metric
and British System; Use as up arrow on other functions.
Stylus position/ down arrow:
press one time to show stylus position, press again then drop out. Use as down
arrow on other functions.
Back-light key:
Press one time, back-light turn on; press again, back-light turn off.
Sampling length (lr):
Press one time change one sampling length value.
Measurement range change/Indicating value calibration (Range):
Press one time change one
measurement range; long press enter into indicating value calibration process.
1.4 Basic connection method
1.4.1 Assembling and dis-assembling of the probe
As shown in the figure, hold the connection part of top guide tray and probe main body (stylus is downward), plug in the
mainframe's connecting socket according to the figure connecting line direction, press lightly to the end till stable
connection. When taking out, please disconnect probe from connecting socket, then take the probe out from drive slowly.
All the operation process should be careful to avoid probe breakage.
