calibration value can only calibrate the selected measurement range. Under this situation, press measurement range
key (Range) can calibrate the indicating values respectively of different measurement ranges. Press the measurement
range/indicating value calibration key again after setup the calibration value to drop out indicating value calibration
situation, the "CAL" symbol would disappear, and could take normal measurement.
Means the calibration is carried according to 3% of actual deviation.
Means the calibration is carried according to -5% of actual deviation.
Instruction: 1. When testing model of the instrument by correct measurement method, if the actual measurement value
exceeds ±10% of the model calibration value, the indicating value calibration function can calibrate according to
the percentage of actual deviation, and the calibration range is no bigger than ±20%.
2. Usually all instruments would test strictly before leave factory, the indicating value deviation is much less than
±10%. According to above information, please do not use the indicating value calibration function frequently.
3. If the indicating value calibration value is set as "00", all setting calibration would remove, and the instrument
would come back to factory settings.
3 Optional accessories and the application
3.1 Height support and probe holder
If the test surface of the work piece is smaller than the under-surface of the instrument, please use the instrument
accessories such as probe holder and height support as auxiliary supporting so as to finish the measurement (As shown
in the below figure) .

Note: 1. The bearing surface should not be smaller than the drive route of this measurement so as to avoid the
situation that probe falls away from the work piece when measuring, and stands up to the work piece when get
back.
2. The lock of height support should be reliable.
3. Please do not use height support to adjust stylus position when measuring. Please adjust the height of variable
stand bar to the required height before measurement. Usually measure through calipers can satisfy the
requirement.
