9.0 CHECKLIST - AIRBAG DOCK LEVELER - OPERATOR AND PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
DANGER
Prior to maintenance, place adequate barriers to prevent
unauthorized personnel and vehicle traffic from entering
the work area.
WARNING
All repairs and maintenance work are to be conducted by
trained and authorized personnel ONLY.
DANGER
When repairing or conducting maintenance procedures on electrical components, perform lockout / tagout steps
according to OSHA regulations and approved electrical codes.
NOTICE
To make a valid warranty claim you must keep a record of your operator and maintenance checklist.
Ministry of Labor guidelines, also require you to follow these procedures and keep a copy for your records.
